Whatsapp and Facebook Group Admins Can now be Jailed For Promoting un-authentic Posts, Rumors and Fake News.

It’s a Wakeup Call for those Joke Forwarders, Trolls and Persons Who Spread or Promotes unpleasant and damp memes on Social media like Whatsapp!!!!

Earlier Government has faced issues several times when a false rumor spread like wild fire. Now it is under Government preview and they are working on it seriously. Now the administrator of any group who are spreading rumor just for having fun or doing it intentionally will have to face government actions and prosecution.  Currently it is in practice by the Government in Varanasi for now.

According to the district megistrate Yogeswar Ram Mishra and Senior Superintendent of Police Nitin Tiwari who have jointly issued a order stating that any rumor or any misleading fact can land such administrator of the group in trouble they may attract FIR against them. “There are several groups on Social media which are named on news groups and also Groups with names which are propagating news and information which is not authentic and these are being forward without cross checking, Directives are being issued to social media groups, whatapp and facebook group administrators and members.”

There are many groups on Social media which are created just for the purpose of creating chaotic environment and which are spreading false news day and night.
